The Reality
Companies are imploding from hanging on to old ways of doing business. As the paradigm shifts from command and control to an organization powered by care and compassion not only must the leadership Be the Change, the culture must also increase in agility to release old notions and embrace new ones. With 90% of the cultural beliefs operating beneath the water line, raising self and organizational consciousness is the gateway to accessing deeper levels of natural innovation. Accompanying that is the capacity for employees to take their whole selves to work eliminating ethical issues that plagued the old ways. Much of what must be done requires engaging the power of the human spirit, intentionally accessing intuition and knowing when fear or stress is comprising decision making.
Biologically we function one of two ways: grow or protect. It is impossible to expand performance when frozen by fear of economic crisis and the like. Applying personal transformation programs to businesses reconnects employees to a shared set of values engaging their intuitive knowledge.

Dawna has been provoking the evolution of group thinking and her own self-discovery since 1980 when she left the relatively tame world of retail and education to embark on world travel, familiarizing herself with global issues. Right now we stand at the cross roads where physics intersects with metaphysics and in the middle sits the word Energy.
