The Reality
Companies are imploding from hanging on to old ways of doing business. As the paradigm shifts from command and control to an organization powered by care and compassion not only must the leadership Be the Change, the culture must also increase in agility to release old notions and embrace new ones. With 90% of the cultural beliefs operating beneath the water line, raising self and organizational consciousness is the gateway to accessing deeper levels of natural innovation. Accompanying that is the capacity for employees to take their whole selves to work eliminating ethical issues that plagued the old ways.
