- Identify your coping strategies that distract you from making progress so you can change your habits to serving you instead of sabotaging you.
- Explore where you indulge in self-sacrifice: giving without being able to receive. Learn how to value yourself and what you bring to the world.
- The Kicking-and-Screaming-Approach: Employed by personal growth junkies who hope that they'll never have to really grow or by those who want to grow and can't see where resistance is slowing them up. Learn how to practise and nurture the personal qualities to cultivate more trust in yourself.
- Skill: Asking questions only your intuition can answer. Listening. Recognizing flashes of insight.

- Amplify your capacity to keep your energy renewed, release expression and make accurate decisions for yourself .
- The Balance Points:Intuition - Head/Heart - Solitude/Social - Masculine/Feminine. What are they and how do they show up in your life?
- Skill: Listening to what is not being said. Meditation/Sacred space.

Week Four-Your relationship with yourself. Keeping it healthy.

- Your relationship with Yourself-Action; Boundaries; Subtleties
- Apply the balance points to your relationship with you: relationship with yourself; self-sacrifice~self-value; selfishness~selflessness, giving~receiving, self-expression vs. repression.
- Skill: Discernment.

- Who are you without your roles? We all play a number of roles in life and sometimes those sneak up and define who you are without outside definition. (not navel gazing)
- Connect the value of personal expression to achieving fulfillment. Speaking the truth without blame or judgment. Apply learning to connecting and strengthening your expression.
- Learn how creative expression reveals your intuition. Balancing mental overload. Expand thinking to see more possibilities. Your energy as a decision maker.
- Skill: Shifting perspectives.
