Your Team Awaits You …

Jean Tully

Jean brings her background as an engineer, an organizational learning/systems thinking expert and teacher, and a world class sailboat racer, to her work helping individuals and teams navigate changing environments while improving their operating performance. From her thirty years at Hewlett-Packard and twenty-five years racing her Hobiecat 16 sailboat, she has learned hard lessons about trusting one’s intuition, and the influence of intuition and adaptability on technical know-how.

As a master meeting designer & facilitator, Jean creates opportunities to help others continuously learn to adapt to what shows up & is important, make the best of it, and create coordinated action leading to congruent results.   She has an uncanny ability to step into any context, quickly size up ‘the system’, and then work with the organization to identify new possibilities, frequently establishing whole new paradigms of operation. Since leaving HP she has worked with Ford Motor Company’s Sustainability community to identify new sustainable mobility strategies; Racine Unified School District’s whole system change effort to significantly improve scholastic performance; and Special Operations Forces Pacific Command to identify multi-country collaboration strategies to eliminate terrorism recruitment in the SE Asia Region.  Call Jean at 1.303.932.1392

Dawna Jones

Dawna is an energetic, master facilitator and speaker with over 25 years of experience guiding teams and individuals to the next level. Whether shifting individual and team performance, addressing the elements of workplace culture that work against performance, or expanding self and group leadership, the intention is to increase awareness, knowledge and mastery of the deep, unseen forces actively driving results. As a horse rider and parent she has learned how to learn from every experience presented by life.

Specializing in intuitively sensing into all levels of reality with a knack for making connections, she enables individuals –alone or working with others- to step into uncharted territory and seize unprecedented opportunity in life and work. Companies benefit through the emergent creativity, innovation and foresight.  Dawna also hosts the Evolutionary Provocateur podcast with www.management-issues.com  based in London, England. www.FromInSightToAction.com .
