Taking Charge of Your Health
One of the thirteen doorways to empowerment is through the door of health. By becoming familiar with your body, its intelligence and how you can take charge, you have the opportunity to shift your frequency to levels where dis-ease can not enter, where unresolved emotional issues can be resolved, and where you have the physical support required to make the quantum leaps in conscious awareness and compassion necessary to ride the wave of emerging reality.
Your heart’s health and the planets is connected...
...Or so it would seem. Prior to 9//11 scientific monitoring stations detected what amounts to a pre-cognition of the attack on the World Trade Center four to five hours before it happened. Scientists noticed. It begged the question:
What would happen to the planet’s health if humanity collectively learned to intentionally reduce stress, overwhelm, frustration, anxiety by focusing on the heart’s innate capacity and intelligence?

Every journey needs a guide or two. Here you will find links to guides who offer education and services that may help you choose what works for you. Choose intuitively. Analysis leads to paralysis and just won’t help. The body speaks an intuitive language and is frequently uses dis-ease to point out to you that you aren’t listening. These services help decode what is going on.
In my own coaching work I have noticed that most people are struggling with managing their own energy bodies as the frequencies shift upwards. Unless you learn how to actively manage your energy, chances are that it will get worse before it gets better.
