In the podcast I did on how nine Years of homelessness expanded my personal consciousness I touched on resilience perhaps not explicitly but implicitly. At the World Economic Forum, the CEO of HSBC confirmed the instinct we all have. That bouncing forward is by far the best way to gain from adverse conditions.
Here’s his talk.

I’ll be doing more programs on this both from my own experience and how you can use the adversity you’ve experienced to thrive in a world undergoing massive change as traditionally born institutions (political, educational) collapse under the weight of complexity. That’s at a high level. More down to earth, ecological changes bring on more natural disasters, food and energy security issues each of which will challenge individuals to respond with courage over fear knowing that human ingenuity is key to working with the unexpected.
